Ok, super busy week..here's what's happened so far:
Monday- James flew out to CA again...hopefully he will be home on Saturday night. Joel went to Gator's to watch the football game with some friends (and a dad!). Can't believe my 17 year old is hanging out in a sports bar already!! LOL!!
Tuesday- Had CT scan...waiting for results.
Wednesday- Took my final exam for A&P...glad that's over. 4 weeks to do what I want...along with the usual laundry, cooking, cleaning, getting ready for Christmas, etc. Put up the Christmas tree and the outdoor lights (thought that was a man's job, but I've done it the last 2 years now). My Uncle Terry was hospitalized today. His neighbor (who checks on him daily) found him unconscious and not breathing on the floor. He is in a coma, on a ventilator and in critical condition.
Thursday- still wrapping presents for the Russel Home.
Today- gotta finish wrapping presents, do laundry, clean up a little. Talked to mom last night. No change for my Uncle. She wants me to pray that he will die...can't do that...I know that he's not saved! (My Uncle Terry had a massive stroke 30+ years ago when he was only 36. He has been unable to speak, and is paralyzed on his right side. He has been very angry with God since then. We know this because although he is unable to speak...he can swear! The brain is a funny thing....anyway, he is a pro at swearing...especially at God. He has tried to kill himself many times over the years and has succeeded only in making things worse. We know that he doesn't want to live...especially in a vegetative state...but I'm having a hard time considering the options...eternity in hell!)
So, it's off to the shower and then on to the day!!
